I had a terrible experience with Crash Champions Collision Repair Crest Hill and I would not recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about their vehicle. I brought my car in for repairs, and when I got it back, there were noticeable paint chips and scratches on my rear bumper that were absolutely NOT there before. I personally took clear photos of my vehicle prior to dropping it off, and those photos show the bumper in clean condition with no damage whatsoever. When I brought this up to them, they denied responsibility and tried to show me a picture claiming the damage was already there—but the photo had no timestamp or any proof of when it was taken. That proves nothing. Meanwhile, I had actual documented evidence from before the service. To make things worse, the overall environment there is questionable. The parking lot is full of potholes, and I even witnessed workers driving customer vehicles way too fast in the lot. That alone made me uncomfortable about how they handle cars. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience. Instead of taking accountability, they dismissed the issue and left me with more damage than I came in with. Definitely not a safe or

I can’t comment on the quality of the repair work since the vehicle was ultimately totaled. However, the customer service experience needs significant improvement. It often felt as though we were inconveniencing staff rather than paying customers receiving a service. As a company that manages a fleet of 15 vehicles, customer service is extremely important to us. Unfortunately, based on this experience we will be taking our business across the street to Caliber moving forward.

Had repair work done after being rear-ended. First thing I noticed is that they disconnected my dashcam and saying itc was for privacy reasons. This is personal property you have no right to disconnect anything not associated with the repair you're making. Then noticed the wiring for my hitch was hanging down onto the muffler..... Plastic wiring versus got muffler equals melting wires. They half assed corrected that but wiring is still exposed. Then I checked the power for my 4 pin and there's no power. It worked fine before the crash and was part of the repair. I emailed the manager about that and have yet to receive a response.

I can not say enough good things about this place. I was referred here by my state farm agent for a comprehensive claim on my 21' CRV. I had never heard of, nor used Crash Champions and was weary. When you walk in you are greated by a wonderfully amazing receptionist who goes out of her way to ensure you are taken care of. Then, my estimator Cody was great at getting me taken care of seamlessly. My biggest praise was that I expressed that I REALLY needed my car back quickly (most of the damage was moulding and plastic that fits not need paint) and they got the car back to me in a DAY!!! I dropped the car off on a Thursday and I was driving it at 3pm on Friday. They even went above and beyond by cleaning the inside which was a chore in itself since this is my work vehicle and I practically live in the car. If you are in the Joliet area and need a reliable and friendly body shop where you know they are honest and stand by their work, do yourself a favor and use Crash Champions of Crest Hill. You won't regret it!

I really loved this shop car looks new! The huge dent on the side of my car is repaired and looks like it never even happened. I got a quick appointment to repair my car. The instructions are very easy and clear (you park outside and call them they will come to you). They worked with the insurance for me. I also really loved that they kind of work with enterprise so I could leave my rental there when I picked up my car! The initial estimate they gave me was 4 days but it actually took almost 2 weeks. It’s fine though because they kept me informed the whole time and did excellent work. Thank you!! EDIT** I WROTE THIS REVIEW WHEN IT WAS SERVICE KING IDK ABOUT CRASH CHAMPIONS
